hi loveliessss,
i know how lazy i am to write a post or even check my own blog.. i am not a commited person when it comes to blogging. But well, its my own freaking blog...i can write whenerver i want , right? err..right?
Oh well, i am now obsessing over something that some of my friends will not even surprise if i told them about it..hahah....calorie counting!!! I know..i know..its cray cray kannn... ive been a wanna be health freak since...since ...ever since i can remember..but the only problem is i love food soooo much and it hurts if i can only imagine about them and not really eating those delish fantabulos dish!!
Last January, my sister recommended Myfitnesspal app which i obviously as a wannabe health freak had heard and registered before and not motivated enough to continue with it. It is a free calorie counting app..as simple as it sound, we just have to record every single junks that we ate throughout the day.. The apps will automatically calculate it for you how much calorie you should take if you want to lose, maintain or even gain weight. It even count how much calorie have you burn if you workout or anything...
For me, at 171cm height and at 55 kg weight, its not about losing weight or anything, but it doesnt hurt to lose couple of kgs ;) ok..its a lie..i want to lose 2 -3 kg before my big day! 2-3 kg do not seems much to some of you..but for me, ive been the same weight since the last 10 years...so 2-3 kg is a big deal for me..just saying...
Its been a month now, and i could see the change in my choice of food. Im leaning towards more leafy green stuff as i can eat more of those but still didnt add up much to my calorie intake....
It do help sooo much if you do this thing with a few friends..so far, ive recruited my friend tikah and my abah as well..and now they are obsessing over calorie counting and working thier ass off as well...hahaha...i even built my own home gym thingy where i bought yoga matt, stability ball, dumbbell and even resistance band....semangat!!!
This apps really motivates me to make a healthy choices when it comes to food!! i dont know how long will i commit to keep on tracking my calorie intake..but i do hope it will last long enuff!!!
So...come on guys...it doesnt even cost one cent...ive been thinking to write more about healthy eating and living....we'll see about that when the time comes..hahahah

Randomness: just a quicky post
hey hooo...
just want to say hi to everyone that came by to read my blog!!
Live is a lil hectic right now ..im busy with my thesis and whatnot..n i dont really want to talk about it...
the weather...hurm..its getting pretty cold right now with most of the leaves kept falling to the ground.. its nonetheless a very pretty scenery i would say...tp kesian la makcik2 yg kne sapu tuu..

Beauty : Empties

honestly, i really do spent a lot of money on beauty products..i love trying out new products..this passion of mine started since im in high school. ive tried almost all the drugstore skincare line in Malaysia started with hazelin snow, safi, olay,tracia, goat milk soap etc... thanks to my abah who really understand my passion..hahahahahah..and i still and will continue buying those miracle products until .......im broke..lols
In this post, i just want to share with you girls or boys..erk? a few products that ive used up for the past few months..
#1 Clarins Sun Wrinkle Control Cream SPF 30
The first product is Clarins Sun Wrinkle Control Cream SPF 30. i always force my friends to wear sunscreen every freaking day!! im not a doctor or anything but in my opinion, they are the core of every beauty cream out there. This particular sunscreen is one of my fav...non-greasy, didnt clog my pores and most importantly protect me from sun burnt...its everything you need in a sunscreen.. unfortunately, i think this product is no longer available in the market "(
#2 Boots Botanics Ultimate Lift Eye Gel
The next product is Boots Botanics Ultimate Lift Eye Gel. I don't have much to say about this product.. I didn't see any significant result from it..so,its not recommended.
#3 The Body Shop Aloe Eye Defence
The third product is The Body Shop Aloe Eye Defence..i didnt hate this product but im not in love with it either..its a good product..it moisturize my under eye area very well..try it.. perhaps it will work wonders on you ")
#4 The Body Shop, Vitamin C Face Spritz
The fourth product is also from The Body Shop, Vitamin C Face Spritz. It is an instant pick- me -up product which tone, hydrate and refresh your skin. i love to use this in the morning to give me extra hydration after my morning skin care routine ")
#5 Boots Botanic Soothing Eye Makeup Remover
The next product is from Boots Botanic Soothing Eye Makeup Remover...this is a great product to remove your eye makeup effortlessly- even waterproof mascara...the only problem i have with this was the greasy feeling after using it..if you don't have anything against the greasy feeling..i would say, go for it ")
#6 Dermalogica Intensive Moisture Balance

How i spent my first Shawal this year? As you guys most probably knew already, i couldnt fly back home this year to celebrate my Eid with my family.. the Eid celebration this year was totally a different experience for me. Fortunately i was bless with all the people around me that could make all the sadness blown away :)

Randomness: Ramadan 2012
Assalammualaikum and hello again...
i don't want to keep saying i'm sorry for the lack of post in this blog, but seriously...im sooo lazy to write and my life is kinda boring so to speak. Nothing interesting is going on. I'm still me...the only change is the fine wrinkle starts to form around my eyes...so sad isn't it? hahaha...well, that is what some people call it life...but i call it beauty! whatever!!!
I'm quite busy with my Master degree right now..one semester left before all of this hard work come to an end...I can say that i didnt really work my a** off for the past few years..but i really want to challenge myself for my final thesis...do pray for me yah!!!
As all of you might know, fasting month will come to an end in just a few days ;( i spent 2 weeks of my Ramadan with my beloved friends here in Germany.I just want to share with all of you my memorable moments ;)
#1 My first Iftar with Yanie and Tikah. Green onion pancakes and Char kuey teaw!! i couldn't ask for more! Credit to our chef, Yanie!!! #böhringen
#2 Our second day Iftar was at Tatsumi Sushi in Konstanz. They serve the most authentic Japanese food that ive ever taste!! This is our appetizer..so freaking delish and its free!!!
#3 Oh, that's me !!! Tired looking face after surviving 3am-930pm fasting in Germany!!
